OCEAN ALMOND, in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on personal data protection, (EU) Regulation 2016/679, of 27 April 2016, (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on personal data protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPD GDD in Spanish) and of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSICE in Spanish), has implemented all safety measures of a technical and organisational nature to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the personal data.

PURPOSE
For the purposes of the provisions of the LOPD and GDPR, we inform you that the data you voluntarily provide to us through this platform and in any other way will be incorporated into our computer systems to perform the necessary commercial and administrative procedures.

RETENTION OF DATA

Similarly, we also guarantee that the processing and registration in files, programs, systems or equipment and centres comply with the integrity and security requirements and conditions established in the current regulations.
The data will only be accessible to the people at the company who require them to carry out the functions inherent to their job.
OCEAN ALMOND may assign the data to third party companies, partner companies, service providers and banks. However, if they are assigned to a third party, prior information will be provided requesting your express consent to this assignment. The entity responsible for the database, as well as those involved in any phase of the processing and/or the entities to which they have been communicated (always with the corresponding authorisation granted by the user) are obliged to respect professional confidentiality and adopt the necessary levels of protection and the technical and organisational measures available to them to guarantee the security of the personal data, avoiding, as far as possible, unauthorised access, illegal modification, theft and/or loss of the data, to ensure the corresponding level of security for the provider’s files, according to the nature and sensitivity of the data provided by the data subjects.

RIGHTS
OCEAN ALMOND guarantees that it has implemented the appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPD for protecting the rights and freedoms of data subjects.
Anyone has the right to ask the controller to confirm whether they are processing personal data concerning them.
Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
Under the conditions set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation, data subjects can request a restriction of the processing of their data, portability in a structured format, for common use and machine readable and, finally, the right to be forgotten.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. If consent has been granted for any specific purpose, they have the right to withdraw it at any time without this affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. In these cases, we will stop processing the data or, where appropriate, we will stop doing so for this specific purpose.

OCEAN ALMOND will clearly and intuitively inform you of the data that will be mandatory and necessary to provide.
By indication and entering the data, the user gives their unequivocal consent to OCEAN ALMOND so that it can process the data provided for the aforementioned purposes.
Failure to provide the personal data requested or not accepting this data protection policy means that it will be impossible for you to sign up, register or receive information about the products or services of OCEAN ALMOND.

In accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on personal data protection, OCEAN ALMOND is compliant with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPD regulations when processing the personal data for which it is responsible, and expressly with the principles described in section 5 of the GDPR and section 4 of the LOPD, which are processed in a lawful, trustworthy and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and in an appropriate, relevant and limited manner in relation to the purpose for which they are processed.

OCEAN ALMOND reserves the right to update, modify or remove information contained on its different platforms, and may also limit or deny access to the information.
It also does not accept any liability for the information contained on the websites and platforms of third parties that can be accessed through links from any OCEAN ALMOND platform.
The presence of links is for information purposes only and in no case implies a suggestion, invitation or recognition in relation to these.
We also inform you that the photographs that are posted on any platform are owned by OCEAN ALMOND.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
OCEAN ALMOND reserves the right to amend this policy to adapt it to legislative or case law changes.

COMMERCIAL E-MAILS
In accordance with the LSSICE, OCEAN ALMOND does not send out SPAM so it does not send commercial e-mails that have not been previously requested or authorised by the data subject or that do not result from having purchased a service. Consequently, in any of the forms that may appear on this website and other platforms, the user has the option to expressly consent to receiving information from OCEAN ALMOND, aside from the commercial information occasionally requested.

LEGISLATION
Generally, the relationships between OCEAN ALMOND and the users of any of its data communication services are subject to Spanish law and jurisdiction, to which the parties expressly submit, the Courts and Tribunals of Lleida having jurisdiction over the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to its use.
